Teo Ser Luck (Chinese: 张思乐; pinyin: Zhāng Sīlè; born 8 June 1968) is a Singaporean former politician. He stepped down as Mayor on 26 May 2017 when his term ended and also relinquished his appointment as Minister of State on 30 June 2017 as he had planned to return to the private sector. from Wikipedia
